Statement
- Internationally recognised human rights shall be followed.
- There shall be no discrimination on the basis of gender, race / nationality, age, religion, disability, political conviction, or sexual orientation.
- All employees are free to join a trade union.
- Applicable labour legislation and signed collective agreements shall be honoured.
- No child labour shall be employed by the company or anyone conducting business on its behalf.
- No unlawful payments shall be made or accepted to private individuals or companies in order to achieve preferential treatment.
- Shall actively seek to eliminate hazards and reduce occupational health and safety risks in all areas of business.
- Shall consult and involve workers, and, or workers’ representatives (where applicable) in decision making.
- Business shall be conducted in a way that minimises environmental impact.
